ABOUT NATALIE 

Hey there!   I’m so glad you’re here & I really look forward to meeting you and helping you reach your goals! My goal is to inspire and motivate you to live a healthy and fit lifestyle through example.
I believe in  attaining a healthy & fit physique through a combination of balanced nutrition, a solid wellness program, and dedication/commitment to a strength training and cardiovascular training regimen.

Growing up as an Army BRAT, discipline was instilled early in our family, my parents are retired and live in Washington State where I was born.  I came to Ohio in 1995 and really love it here!  The mid-west is my home.

After working for 20 years in Division 1 College Athletics, first at the University of Washington and then here in Columbus at The Ohio State University, I acquired my certification & began personal fitness training.   It all started at 30 years old…  I stepped into the gym life just wanting “nice arms”!  Like many, my metabolism was noticeably changing, so I began lifting weights to get in shape and was quickly hooked!  I started power-lifting in the gym and competed in a bench press meet, after suffering a back injury from pulling heavy weight, I switched training styles.
